Returns & Exchange
Please take your time to understand this before making a decision to return your product.
Please note that all our products are shipped after a thorough quality check. Most of our piece are 100% handcrafted hence we can never guarantee the same finish on the product but we can assure you that it will meet the highest possible quality standards. Our products have been created using natural elements like wood and stones, each product may differ in color and finish. No two natural stones or pearls are identical, hence the end product will have some variance.
We would not be giving refund in any case. If your return request is approved you will be issued a credit note or you can request for an exchange.
The only two conditions in which Exchanges are accepted are:
- If the items in the consignment are received in damaged condition.
- If the item in the consignment is not the same as ordered.
You would have to return the item/ items in the original packing in unworn condition.
STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE MAKING A RETURN
- Please notify is within 3 days of receipt of consignment on our email address Madiha.firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject “RETURN ORDER”.
- For our internal Quality Check Team to assess and approve the returned item, you need to send us a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. The return / exchange will be approved at the sole discretion of the Quality Check Team.
- On receiving approval from the Quality Check Team, the said product has to be dispatched to the following address with the Order Number and “Return” Marked on the parcel.

- The correct / fresh item will be dispatched after receipt of the damaged /
- No refund will be initiated. We issue a credit note incase item requested as a replacement is not available
CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURN / EXCHANGE IS NOT GIVEN
- If delivery address is incorrect
- Format of address is incorrect including pincode or PO Box
- If the delivery agent reports 3 failed attempts
- Items are returned in used or damaged condition
- Slight variance in color and design. The image on the website may differ slightly from the actual item as the same are handcrafted using natural elements which may not be identical.
- If the item is not damaged or faulty.
Pre-orders and Customized Orders
- All pre-orders and customised orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
- There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customised orders.
